We collaborate with Shri Adhithi Finance Private Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), to facilitate compliant lending services through this platform. All lending-related activities are carried out in partnership with the NBFC in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company acts as a digital platform provider and technology facilitator, ensuring secure processing, responsible handling of user data, and transparent communication between users and our regulated financial partners.
1. Your Consent and Agreement
By accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our App.
Your use of the App constitutes your explicit and unconditional consent to the collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of your personal information as described herein.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a written notice to our Grievance Officer. Please note that withdrawing consent may result in the termination of our services and your inability to use the App.

App Permissions
To comply with App Store policies and RBI guidelines, we only request permissions absolutely necessary for the loan application and fraud prevention processes. We will request your explicit consent before accessing any of the following:
AppList
To accurately assess your creditworthiness and prevent fraud, we require access to the list of applications installed on your device. We use this data to analyze your financial profile and offer you appropriate credit limits. Rest assured, we strictly collect only the application name and type. All data is transmitted securely via an encrypted connection to protect your privacy.
Camera
We require camera access to capture clear images of your identity documents and to perform a liveness check. This ensures the security of your account and prevents fraud. Images are securely encrypted and used solely for verification.
Device Information
To ensure the security of your account, we collect specific device specifications, including hardware model, OS version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network data. This allows us to verify your device identity, preventing unauthorized access and identity theft, ensuring every transaction is secure.
Location
We collect device location data to verify that you are applying from a serviceable region within India and to assess credit risk associated with location discrepancies. We only access coarse location data during the application usage.
Microphone
We request microphone access to enable voice-based inputs for quicker navigation or to facilitate Video-KYC processes if required. This permission is optional and audio is not recorded without your active participation.
3. Information We STRICTLY DO NOT Collect
In strict adherence to Apple App Store privacy policies and RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, we do not request, access, or collect the following sensitive data from your iPhone:
- Contacts / Address Book
- Call History / SMS Logs
- Photo Library / Apple Music / Media Files (except for the specific KYC photos taken directly via the camera during the onboarding process)
4. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data only in accordance with applicable Indian laws. Most commonly, we use your data for the following purposes:
- To register you as a user and verify your identity (KYC compliance).
- To assess your creditworthiness and facilitate loan sanctioning through our NBFC partner, Shri Adhithi Finance Private Limited.
- To manage our relationship with you, including sending transactional updates, payment reminders, and policy changes.
- To detect, prevent, and protect against errors, fraud, and illegal activities.
- To respond to court orders, establish our legal rights, or comply with regulatory authorities.
5. How We Share Your Personal Data
We do not sell or rent your personal data to unauthorized third parties. We only share your data under strict confidentiality agreements with:
- Our NBFC Partner: Your data is shared with Shri Adhithi Finance Private Limited for credit assessment, loan approval, and regulatory reporting.
- Authorized Third-Party Service Providers: eKYC verification agencies, secure payment gateways, and data analytics providers necessary to operate the App.
- Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We will disclose data if required by law, a court, a government agency (like the RBI), or to enforce our Terms of Service.
6. Data Storage and Localization
Local Servers: In strict compliance with RBI directives, all your personal data, KYC information, and transaction records are stored securely on servers located within the geographical borders of India.
Security Measures: We implement reasonable and robust security practices (including encryption and secure socket layers) to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
7. Data Retention and Deletion Rights
Retention: We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as legally mandated by the RBI and other regulatory bodies (which often requires retaining financial transaction records for a specific period).
Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data. You can exercise this right directly through the App's account settings or by contacting our Grievance Officer. Upon request, we will delete your data, subject to any active loan obligations or legal retention requirements.

Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third parties have their own privacy policies. We, our affiliates, and our NBFC partners are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
9. Updates to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or our data practices. Any material changes will be communicated to you via the App or email. Your continued use of the App following such notifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
